Creating an account is free, and new accounts start with a 14-day free trial of EquiBETS Complete — card details are required to begin the trial, but you aren't charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime.

I can't sign in — what should I do?

First, double-check the email address you registered with and try the password-reset option on the sign-in page. If you signed up with Google, use the 'Continue with Google' button instead of a password. Still stuck? Email us at support@equibets.app.

How do I change my display name or email preferences?

Once signed in, open your profile page from the sidebar. You can update your display name and manage email preferences such as digests and reminders there.

How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account — you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and cancelling never deletes your data.

How do I set up my yard?

After signing in, a personal stable is created for you automatically. Add your horses and riders to the roster, invite team members by email, and start creating jobs and recurring routines from the Stable Manager dashboard.

What are the different team roles?

Owners and admins have full control. Staff can manage the roster, jobs and routines. Riders can create jobs and request changes. Read-only owners see everything without editing. Service providers only see jobs assigned to them.

What's the difference between jobs and routines?

Jobs are one-off tasks (with notes, photos and an audit trail). Routines are recurring schedules — daily, weekly or every few weeks — that automatically generate jobs when they come due.

Yes — the Stable Manager mobile app lets you manage jobs, chat with your team, attach photos, and record rides with GPS from your phone. Sign in with the same account you use on the web.

Yes. The mobile app is offline-first: you can view your data and log jobs, notes, photos and chat messages without a connection. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.

Why am I not receiving push notifications?

Check that notifications are enabled for the app in your phone settings, and review your quiet-hours window on your profile page — pushes during quiet hours are held and delivered as a summary afterwards.

Who can see my yard's data?

Only active members of your stable, according to their role. Your private yard data — roster, jobs, notes, photos, rides and chat — is never shared publicly or used in public rankings.

Do I own my data?

Yes. Everything you put into EquiBETS remains yours. We host and process it solely to provide the service.
